Located in the North of Shiz, and named for it's most famous graduate, Glinda tower is an airy, homey place with large arching windows, cozy fireplaces, and a stunning entrance hall and parlor. Decorated mainly in the departments signature colors of white and blue it is the smallest House at Shiz given the selective nature of accepting students.

Located in the west of Shiz University, Dillimond Tower is home to the Natural Sciences department at Shiz. Decorated in the deparment's colors of Emerald Green, and deep Purple the tower has a dark, rich quality. Decorated with tapestries, roaring fire places and illuminated only by candles and oil lamps it's greatest amenity is its tremendous library located underground that features both useful and secret books. If the Professors ever found out the true extent of Dillimond's library the students would be banned from ever going there.

Located in the South of Shiz University, and named for possibly the most famous Historical and Literary figure in Ozian history - Dorothy Gale, Gale tower is the richest and most, well, historically valuable tower in Shiz. Although it features the department's colors of gold (chosen in honor of the yellow brick road) and ruby red it is decorated in all manor of historical objects, including original Emeralds from the Emerald City, and bricks from the Yellow Brick Road. The whole tower glitters. The tower is surrounded by beautiful gardens with lots of streams and flowing water.

Located in the East tower of Shiz, and decorated in the signature colors of Silver and Gold and Emerald, the Emerald Tower is home to all those wishing to pursue a political career. The tower is always crisp and clean and features lots of elaborate staircases.

Once the home of the Great and Terrible Oz, it is now home to the Steward of Oz, and the meeting room to discuss all Ozian politics.

Most famous as the fortress of the Wicked Witch of the West, the Palace of Kiamo Ko was once the home of the Tigalar family. Dark and brooding it can actually be a very warm place. And don't take all those secret passageways for granted!

This imposing clock featuring a mechanical Dragon, and a curtained stage moves around Oz in a mysterious fashion. It seems to appear wherever it is needed most, and some people make long journeys to find it. If you stand before the clock it is said that it will reveal the truth about yourself - whether in your past, present, or future. While it may offer prophecies, it can also unearth long buried secrets. Be careful when approaching the clock - you may not like what it has to say.

Surrounding the entirety of Oz - if any living thing touches it, they will turn to sand. Make sure you stay on the rocks!
