So, we're not going to let you allll run wild with magical powers. So, we're putting restraints. Now, you have to copy the form we have set up for you, and then make a new thread. A moderator will tell you if you're able to have the power or not. Unless your character is cannon, do not ask for a power that has been filled.
NOTE!!!! As the admin. I have the right to remove any powers at any time for any reason (though this mainly relates to abusing power, giving yourself WAY too much power in RP, etc. Remember - no one is infallable, and no one can be totally unbeatable)

Elphaba Thropp: All magical abilities including: Sorcery, Flight, Prophecy, has recently (through use of the Grimmerie) developed the power of teleportation and moving things with her mind. She is the owner and only one in Oz who can read the Grimmerie. She was born with her powers.
Glinda Upland: Sorcery. Although she has some natural ability, she had to learn how to be a sorceress. Beginning to learn to read the Grimmerie; one time owner.
Mombie: Sorcery. Had to learn all her powers, and is not very naturally gifted. Ofiicial owner of the Powder of Life, and has great talent at turning things to stone.
Nome King: Current owner of the Ruby Slippers and magic belt.
Kay Tip Owner of The Powder of Life
Ellie Baum Daughter of Elphaba Thropp - inherited all her mother's powers, though she is not in posession of The Grimmerie, and is not yet in complete control of her powers. She is the custodian of a necklace - a small key with the Oz emblum (an O with a Z in the middle) that opens a secret door in the Emerald City that leads to a hidden passage in Kiamo Ko, and the Governor's Mansion in Munchkinland. The necklace was given to her by her parents, and has magical identification: only herself, Fiyero, Elphaba, and Glinda can use it (Though Elphie and Glinda have other magical ways of accessing the secret passages.) Ellie however secretly enchanted the key with the infamous levitation spell - allowing her to fly.
Claire Heart General Sorcery powers. Born with some natural ability, but most has been learned.
Gayelette Keats General Sorcery powers, some natural ability inherited from her mother.
Ian Tibbit Power over the elements. Uncertain how he aquired these powers, most likely from a magical accident when he was a child. Still doesn't have much control over them. Lets just hope he doesn't accidentally cause another tornado...
Namora Tig Ability to sense danger - almost like premanitions...
