Allegience Poly tries not to get too involved with politics, therefore she doesn't keep herself too informed. Based on her knowledge she is still a fan of the Wizard. And who doesn't like Glinda?
Appearance: Polly is average height, about 5'7'' and is most noticeable for her stunning strawberry blonde hair, and piercing hazel eyes. She has very fair skin, and a perminant youthful countinance - more like a fairy than an Ozian girl. She is light, airy and graceful in movement, as well as in voice. There's something about her that's rather, well, Disney Princess like. She tends to dress rather eccentrically - namely in ALL the colors of the rainbow. Even her Shiz uniform (she favors the white uniform pieces) is always accentuated with odd little colorful accessories. She is very doe eyed, and though very kind, is not the intellectual type.

Background History: Poly is the daughter of the Rainbow King and a Gillikeneese Upper Uplander (who many believe is remotely decended from the fairy Lurline.) Her father being King of the Rainbow has unusual access to the neighboring lands of Oz, and was the first to know of Dorothy Gale's arrival. The whole family tend to be a bit mysterious as they are not as typically sociable as others in the Upland community, and they can be a little eccentric (one feels that there must have been a Quadling artisan in the family SOMEWHERE.)
Polly was raised without a care in the world (though the fact that the Witch of the West could fly caused their family some concern for their security several years ago.) Being the Rainbow Princess she has a bright future ahead of her. She entered Shiz four years ago, and quickly became a Prefect, and student teacher in Gale Tower at Shiz (where she majors in Literature.) She student teaches some of the first year classes - she's actually perfect for the job (at least in Mombie's eyes) she's bright, kind, and not too deep intellectually. Upon graduation she plans to possibly spend some time in the Emerald City - hopefully assisting Glinda the Good, and continue filling her official duties as Rainbow Princess.
Personality Traits/Flaws: Polly is a truly warm hearted, and kind person. Though she is 21 she is still child-like in many ways. Innocent, and rather trusting. But she isn't stupid, she has much common sense, and seems to turn up extremely helpful answers at just the right time. She is very popular - though popularity doesn't matter to her, and marches to the beat of her own drummer. She is not however incredably intelligent, and, especially given the fact that she is going to be a ruler one day, she could be a bit more quizzical about what is going on politically in Oz. She has a very breezy quality to her, and on a very bad day might be labeled an air-head.
Intrests/Hobbies Anything to do with colors, stories, dancing (she dances to dry off after a rainstorm) and singing.
