Alarm

[Glinda Upland]

Still clutching onto Ellie, Glinda appeared into Elphaba's living room. "Elphaba! I need you! Now!"

[Ellie Baum]

"Glinda...Glinda what are we doing here? If anyone discoverates us...I thought you said I was NEVER to come here"

[Glinda Upland]

"Ellie! We have bigger problems than that! Elphaba! Come down here now!"

[Ellie Baum]

"Bigger problems! Glinda have you lost your senses? If anyone finds out who my mother is, my life will be in danger, and yours will be too!"

[Glinda Upland]

"No, no. They accepted her last time. They'll do it again. Elphaba!"

[Ellie Baum]

"What? Glinda, I don't know what you're thinking, but you've always told me nothing is certain. PLEASE- just stay calm, and don't put our lives in danger!"

[Glinda Upland]

"No. No. That was before. That was another lifetime ago." she stamped her foot and screamed. "Elphaba! get yourself down here now! I have problems. You daughter and I have problems!"

[Elphaba Thropp]

The front door was flung open, and Elphaba stood there looking even more imposing and menacing than usual. Years of isolation had made her wary... and lonely. And it seemed to add to her aura of intimidation. A flicker of panic crossed her eyes when she saw Glinda in her state, and a wave of fear, joy, and sadness crossed her face when she saw Ellie. She said in a calm, controlled voice "Glinda, get in here now. As quickly as you can... Ellie, help her in" she said

[Glinda Upland]

"Elphaba! This isn't good. I screwed up! I screwed up majorly. I cast a spell. I sent us back in time. I messed up everything." she was trembling. "We were all happy...reasonably happy...I mean a lot of things happened...and I was just trying to get my daughter back. I just wanted to turn back the clock to when Kay was born or when she was still at Shiz...anytime before Nessa changed her.."

[Elphaba Thropp]

"Slow down Glinda. What happened. And I expect it to be very VERY serious for you to put both you and my daughter in mortal peril..."

[Glinda Upland]

"But it's not! It shouldn't be!" she shook her head sitting down. "We were two years in the future. So much had changed. I was married to Boq with a daughter...attained magically because of you...who had a spell cast on her by Claire Keats....Heart...'s daughter, Gayelette...who was also magically older...anyway. Nessarose, your sister, was a ghost who had risen and possessed people. She wanted Kay...my daughter...for her own and had Gayelette cast a spell to she would be. I tried to cast a spell to turn back time to where it began, so Kay would be mine again. But it went back too far...before you were deemed a "good witch" before Ellie was the governor of Munchkinland, before Claire and Taye were married...had the twins..I married Bowq, we had Kay...put Mombie in jail...morrible was killed...the Nome King was killed..."

[Elphaba Thropp]

"WHat are you saying GLinda? If this is true... and I'm not saying it is, there are lots of other possible explanations. Are you SURE. I don't remember any of that - and it seems like Ellie doesn't either..."

[Glinda Upland]

"No one does but me. But I know it's true. I didn't dream it. It's too real. It's all too real. It happened and I erased it for everyone but me..."

[Elphaba Thropp]

Elphaba took a deep breath. "Glinda, do you have ANY proof. Any proof that this isn't some other kind of spell, some sort of ... delusion brought on by Mombie, or The Nome King or someone? It's not that I don't believe you...we just have to get to the bottom of this."

[Glinda Upland]

"Ellie..." she looked at her. "Ellie can't die. You can't undo magic. She's immortal still. When she died from the Nome King's imprisonment...you cast a similar spell to Fiyero's on her...to keep her alive..."
