Ellie slowly opened her eyes, slightly startled at having been awoken from her nap.
"W...what's wrong?"

Immediately after leaving the Nome Kingdom, Azarine went directly to Kiamo Ko to pass her findings on the Elphaba and whoever else might be there. She knocked rapidly on the door, hoping that someone was home.

Elphaba let out a huff as she stood up to answer the door. What could be going on now? Glinda was still shaking, and Elphie was worried she was about to run in and attack Claire.
But when Elphaba realized it was Az at the door, she threw it open and led her in.
"Az, what is it? We know Gaylette's taking Kay..."

"Possessed Gayelette took Kay. Tristan came to tell Glinda. She attacked him," she wrapped her arms around her son, who was still in a bit of shock.

"What else is going on?"
Elphaba watched Claire emerge from her room followed by Tristan and a very sleepy Ellie.

"Well, I've seen Gaylette, Skylar, and Kay. They're all in the Nome Kingdom," Az said to the four. "They are being hosted by Ian and a man named Trism. Gaylette is fine, other than being posessed," Az said directly to Tristan and Claire. "She is in perfect health. Skylar seems to want something from Ian regarding that book. But it's Kay I'm worried about. She's not herself..."

"W...what do you mean not herself?"

"Is she not alright? Oh, I'll kill myself if she's not alirght..." she swallowed down the tears, feeling nauseas. "Please tell me she's alright. I want to see her..."

Elphie held Glinda tight, and tried not to look at Claire. This was bad. Not only was she concerned about Kay and Gaylette, but if this was followed to its logical conclusion, Glinda and Claire would be at each others throats for a long time... not good. Definately not good.

"Physically, Kay's fine. No injuries or anything," Azarine began. "But Nessarose used Gaylette to cast a spell on Kay. Gaylette had no idea what she was doing at the time, but it somehow altered the spell used to create Kay in the first place. Kay now believes that she is truly the daughter of Nessarose and Boq. She has very few memories, seeing as all of her real memories were destroyed. Even her appearance had been altered." Az wished it wasn't true and that she didn't have to break the news to Glinda, but someone would have had to eventually.

"She's...she thinks she's..." Glinda nearly fainted. "But you don't think...?" she looked at Elphaba. "She couldn't have really done it...could she?" She was trembling all over...nauseas...pale as a sheet. "She's still my daughter, right? She can't be Nessa's...she's mine..." she wanted her husband. He needed to know. Someone needed to tell him about their little girl.

"I...I don't know Glinda.." said Elphie, thinking truth was the best policy at the moment. "I don't quite know how, but I do know that magic is mysterious..."

"I...I need to see Boq...someone needs to tell Boq...." she replied trembling. She couldn't think about it. Kay had to be her daughter. It was the only shot she'd ever had. It was the only one she was going to get.

Elphie just rocked Glinda. "It's ok Glinda..but this will be very sensitive for Boq as it is for you, but...there's more history there. We need to figure out exactly what has happened, and be as calm as possible when we talk to him..."
